This year's Mellerdrama was written by a local playwright, Gerry McKimmey and is a fun, fast-paced western saga full of villainous deeds, heroic saves, not to mention the bumblings of the well-meaning.and the not so well-meaning.antics of just a few of the characters. The saga opens around a campfire in the wide-open Texas prairie as a cowboy, Dooley, recounts his days riding with Bronco Slim, the cowboy who tamed the West.
